Graduating senior pursing a higher education degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher who support preservation of hunting tradition and actively participate in hunting sports
Must write an essay exhibiting dedication to conservation and preserving our hunting heritage

- $1000 - $4000 given to students whose parents or grandparents are current Elk members

- Fifteen scholarships of up to $5,000 to full-time undergraduate students who will be attending any South Dakota two-year or four-year college, university or technical school.
- No specific degree program requirements and no minimum GPA. They are looking for students who, like POET, are never satisfied with good enough.
- February 13, 2026

- $750 scholarship & can be renewed for four years
- Applicants must be the son/daughter or grandson/granddaughter of an SDEA or SDEA Retired member

- Applicant of Reliabank scholarships must be a senior in high school.
- Minimum requirements needed: GPA 3.0 and/or ACT 21
- Applicant’s family must be a customer of Reliabank

Available to both current high school seniors and current college students who will be enrolled in abovementioned post-secondary institution during the 2026-2027 academic year
Must plan to pursue an agricultural degree/program or career field after graduation
Must be a U.S. citizen

- Degree in Elementary Education at Black Hills State University, Dakota State University, Northern State University, South Dakota State University, or University of South Dakota.

- Freshman Native American students who are pursuing studies in agribusiness, agricultural production, agricultural sciences or a natural resources degree at any postsecondary institution.
- While a student studying Agriculture is preferred, other students will be considered.
- $500 scholarship

- Recognize students that personify values, leadership and integrity.

U.S. resident, incoming freshman, minimum unweighted 3.75 grade point average, pursue an engineering or related science degree through an ABET accredited program
Must provide two (2) Letters of Recommendation - one (1) that focuses on academics and one (1) that speaks to your involvement in extra-curricular activities or employment
Applicant must detail their participation in a community service project during their junior or senior year that is not related to a high school project. Please outline the role played and contributions made
