PLAN ahead! Planning for a reevaluation should start 90-120 days prior to the reevaluation due date.
Data! Data! Data! It is crucial that all of the pieces of information used within the evaluation and eligibility are based on standardized assessment instruments or systematic observation assessments that include numerical summaries (e.g., includes specific references to standardized assessments, curriculum-based measurements, and work sample analysis) (IEPQ, 2020).
