HĀ Assessment Tools - Ke Kahawai

A kahawai is described as a stream or a river. It is a path that wai takes from one point to another, collecting and depositing nutrients along the way.

As our personal sense of HĀ begins to strengthen, we see our work carrying over to other spaces in our lives. Much like a kahawai allows water to course through certain parts of ʻāina, this specific sharing of HĀ in our learning community, allows for an understanding of the fullness of HĀ in our current spaces.
