Decide which college course you want to take. If it’s your first course, we would recommend one of our Early College courses. If you want to take a different course through Running Start, you can view our recommendations for dual credit college courses here.
____ 4. Complete the Dual Credit Application AND return the signed form
Go to https://www.hawaii.edu/dualcredit/ to complete the application (must know which course you want to take). View the instructions to help you here. Make sure you print the application, then turn it in to your counselor with student and parent signatures.
____ 5. Set up your MyUH Account
After 1-2 weeks, your UH application should be processed and you will receive an acceptance letter through email. It will have your UH ID Number and instructions to set up your MyUH account. The website is https://www.hawaii.edu/username/
____ 6. EdReady Placement Test
If you don’t have any qualifying test scores (ACT or SBAC), then you will have to take the EdReady test. View instructions here. Put down Hawaii CC for the UH campus.

Only Running Start students who will be attending the Palamanui campus in-person will need to submit the Health Clearance Form.

You will need to complete a New Student Orientation with Kawehi from Palamanui.
