Are you looking for a copy of your transcript? There are 2 types of transcript requests.
UNOFFICIAL transcript - document that has unofficial watermark and "Issued to Student" stamped on it.
OFFICIAL transcript - document that is signed and sealed and are only mailed/sent to post secondary institutions, scholarship organizations, etc.

Before you can request for any school documents, submit this transcript/school records authorization form that requires a parent signature. Turn it into the College & Career Center.
You only need to do this step once
**Complete this step AFTER you submit your application, NOT before**
Take out your Transcript Request Form from the binder in the College and Career Center
Fill out the backside of your form in the College and Career Center
With each new request, turn in your completed form in the "pending requests" tray to be processed
If we do not see your request, we will not send any documents

Make sure you completed STEP 1
In Scoir, move the school(s) into the applied column
If not, we can't send any documents
Common App Recommenders (teacher and counselor)
Do NOT put in teacher/counselor email addresses for letters of recommendations. These LOR requests need to be completed in SCOIR.

Recommendations will show as incomplete in your Common App portal if you type an email address and once you submit your application, you can't remove the email address
Remember to double-check that your transcript has been sent and received by the institution. It is your responsibility to check that the transcript has been received.
Email or ask your teacher/counselor and ask if they are willing to write a letter of recommendation for you
IF they agree to write a LOR:
Give your completed request form with required documents at least 10 school days BEFORE the due date
Be very clear on the earliest due date and how they need to submit it
Required Documents:
Resume, Personal Profile & questions on the 2nd page
Make sure your resume and personal profile are answered thoroughly and thoughtfully

Please be sure to do everything above AND to properly send the request through Scoir

If your CommonApp school is requesting a letter of recommendation, you still do it through SCOIR

Your authorization form needs to be submitted to the College & Career Center before you request for a letter of recommendation to be sent
General tips:
Always be courteous when requesting anything
Be professional in your email
Please, thank you for your time, etc. are words and phrases to use in your email
Follow up 1 week before the due date to make sure they have written and or sent the letter
It is your responsibility to follow up to ensure the letter gets sent
