These events will be hosted by the College and Career Center. Check back to see if there are any workshops we will be holding. Workshop topics include things such as: 

• resume building

• letter of recommendation

• college building

• college essay

DO...

• check to see if you need to pre-register for the meeting days in advance

• be courteous and polite when speaking or asking questions (many of these counselors are the ones that review applications)

• ask questions that haven't been answered or can't be google-ed

• use headphones/headsets and keep yourself muted

• use a neutral background

• use an appropriate profile photo 

DON'T...

• be late and demand to know what you missed

• interrupt the speaker. Wait until the end or follow Q&A procedure if they gave one

• give away your personal information or personal identifiable information for everyone to see. Be sure anything you share, your parents are ok with it, and you share  it directly to the counselor of the school

• break any school rules
