About YMCA - Hazelwood:
There are three pillars that guide the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh’s work: youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The tax program is operated by the Y’s Hope For All program, which falls squarely under social responsibility. Through Hope For All, clients are connected to resources and services they may not have otherwise accessed including Food Stamps, emergency food, LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program), Dollar Energy, PA Property Tax/Rent Rebates, childcare subsidies, free tax help, and more. Referrals to other local service providers are also coordinated by Hope For All staff.
