A Middle Schooler's Guide to Surviving Quarantine

Check out A Middle Schooler’s Guide to Surviving Quarantine, edited and authored by JT Moore students! Last week the ebook launched on Amazon and is #1 in New Releases on the Teen & Young Adult Mindfulness list. This is wonderful news and a real testimony to the good vision-questing Maya and Kaira Garcia embarked on this fall! The resulting work is a beautiful support resource for our community. Great job guys! If you want to support their efforts, you can purchase this title for $.99 here: MSGTQ Amazon. All proceeds will go to local charity, Hands On Nashville, and its effort to support families & individuals hit hardest by Covid-19. A free copy is made available here as well: Free PDF. Special thanks goes out to JT Moore parent, Sam Torode, who helped make the ebook format a possibility! Here is a look at a 5 star review:

This book is such a great resource especially for the price! It has really helped my 4th grader to read about what other kids his age have been feeling and going through during the pandemic in their own words. He's found some great ideas for how to handle his stress and anxiety and he's quicker to try them because he knows they work for the kids in the book who shared them.

WAY TO GO MAYA AND KAIRA!
