Out-of-Boundary Permit Dates for 2023-2024

November 15 to the 1st Friday in February (open enrollment) - Permit requests are considered by category, priority, and/or a lottery.
After the 1st Friday in February through June of the next year (late enrollment) - Permit requests are considered based on staffing ratios.
