International Customers: While we ship orders same day or the next business day, please be aware that your package may take up to six weeks to arrive. Johnson\Wildman is not responsible for import fees and duties that your country may impose. We encourage you to research import and duty charges for shipments from the United States before placing your order. Using the United States Postal Service, we can ship to 180 countries.
We also use various shipping companies-FedEx, UPS, Direct, etc. to obtain the best price. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and the Price Group your country is in. All shipping costs are rounded down. We do not charge handling fees. Visit the Shipping & Returns page for more information.
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and color. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?
Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 5-10 working days. Within the USA pieces are sent by Mail, UPS or FEDX or shipping courier depending on size and weight. Most USA deliveries arrive within 5 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.
I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my print?
All prints are made to order and orders are sent once a week to the printer, then to be signed and sent to you. Please allow 10 working days in total.
Can I collect my artwork from your studio?
Yes, if you live in Charlotte - Once you have placed your order I will email you and we can work out a time to meet. Our Studio is at 7730 Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte, NC 28216 (704-516-6277)
Is Shipping included?
USA SHIPPING FREE
International Shipping WE SHARE COSTS-duty and insurance and the cost will be added based on location and sent as a separate invoice. Once Paid we will ship your original art or print.

Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. If your location is restricted once you get to the checkout you need a bespoke courier service. Message me with your details and the piece you would like and we can give you shipping options.
Overseas shipments (outside the USA) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.
What about large or high-value artworks?
We appreciate this is a high-value purchase – and a piece of quality art work. We have spent much time on creating and packing! It’s important for both of us to make sure it is transported safely. Some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements. This will be noted in the Shipping details with each product listing. Shipping costs for large artworks need to be quoted individually – please contact me before purchasing.
We will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is despatched. If you buy online first in order to secure the painting the shipping cost will be billed separately after the agreement.
What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?
We want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a Buy-Back agreement.
If an original painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and return shipping costs and arranging return delivery using the your choice of service. Once the piece has been safely returned we will refund your payment within 14 days.
Do you give a refund on prints if I change my mind? NO
All prints are custom made to the size you request. We don’t hold stock – each print is made for you. Please check the size is as you wish before you place the order.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with a photograph of damages.
What about Overseas Returns?
At this time we am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the USA. International shipping returns we share shipping costs.
