By practicing and experiencing proactive challenges from the beginning,
we will achieve great growth.
At Senzoku Gakuen, we divide the six years of schooling into three periods and implement a three-stage educational plan, with the second period having more weight.
The theme of the first year of junior high school, which is the start of the educational plan, is to "establish proper lifestyle habits" at school and home. Specific tasks include building a basic attitude toward learning, cultivating the habit of thinking from the standpoint of others, and learning rules, manners, and etiquette.
Next, in the second phase, which spans four years from the second year of junior high school to the second year of high school, the students will be tasked with "building an attitude of independent thinking/attitude and practicing multifaceted challenges" and will achieve dramatic mental growth through failure and success in various activities.
The third and final year of high school is the time for students to set a specific career path and devote their efforts to achieving it. The most important task during this period is to rethink their aptitude and the concrete image of their future, to create a valuable vision that will not become obsolete even after entering higher education, and to draw out a stronger motivation to succeed.
