Learning Targets:  We will be discussing life during the Roman Empire and how that impacted Paul and the spreading of the gospel.

Math

Learning Targets:   We will be discussing our last concept involving statistics, reviewing and then taking the test.

Homework:   due the next day

Language Arts 

Learning Targets:  Students will finish Chapter 9 June in Wednesday Wars (pgs 237-264) and finish notes and comprehension packets. We will focus on the literary devices characterization, allusion, suspense. We will review and discuss Vocab Unit 12 words (prefixes: com, con, sym, syn)

Assessment:  classwork, June notes packet, Exit quiz - Wed. May 6. Vocab 12 Quiz- Fri. May 8. 

Science

Learning Targets:  We will also conintue to learn about our new unit of Physics with Newton's first laws.
