What we're learning & doing in class: This week we will likely finish reading Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, a symbolic representation of the Biblical story of Jesus' death and resurrection.

Math

Learning Targets: We will be discussing perimeter, area and volume.

Homework: due the next day - none 😀

Science

Learning Targets: This week will continue to learn about our unit "Water and Weather." We are learning about the different ways the Earth is heated through conduction, radiation, and convection.

Social Studies

Learning Targets: This week we will continue our final project about an event/person in history that intersts you.

Reading/Writing: This week, we will wrap up our opinion writing unit.

Homework:

Monday: Finish typing up introduction and two reason paragraphs (if not finished during class work time)
Tuesday: Finish typing up draft of paper (if not finished during class work time)

Final draft of paper (due Friday)

Band: Instruments on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
