Steps for Applying To College: Step 1, Apply!

Counselor Approval Required, You complete the student portion and send it to your counselor, they will complete the counselor section and send it to the college requested so that you can waive your application fee.  Some schools do not have an application fee and some schools do not accept fee waivers, but most will.
