How to Apply

*Yay! We can't wait to see you at Seneca!

**ALL students regardless of where they live, need to apply to be enrolled in the Ag Program their Freshman year at Seneca.

***The application period for the 2022-23 school year begins on November 1, 2021, and ends on December 15, 2021.

Steps to Apply:

Are you Registered? If so, skip to Step 3, if not, continue to Step 1. If your scholar has attended a JCPS school before, then you've registered.

Step 1: Register

Step 1: Go HERE and click "Start a New Registration"

Step 2: Verify Address

Step 2: After you've registered, you need to verify your address by emailing one of the list below to: addressverification@jefferson.kyschools.us

Proof of address may include:

  • A gas/electric or water bill issued within the last three months

  • A lease

  • A house contract

  • A paycheck or paycheck stub

  • A Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or other government benefits letter that has your name and address on it

After you register, you'll be given a Portal Activation Key, you'll need that to apply.

Step 3: Apply to the Seneca Ag Magnet

Step 3: Go HERE.

*You'll need to use your login for Parent Portal or your Portal Activation Key, if you've just registered.

**You'll need Seneca Ag's Magnet Code which is 073MGA**
