Mindfulness Practice

Sometimes, we all need to help take care of others too!

This is a great song called I'll Be There by Jess Glynne. Someone sent this to me when they knew I needed a little boost - and it really helped turn my day around!

Students - think of 5 people who you could share this with to brighten their day - then share it with them! In the top right corner is the "Share" arrow - share it with friends or family on Facebook or write a nice little email and send them the link!
