The Jeffco Elementary Virtual Choir is happening! It's time to join and get singing!
I hope you all decide to participate in this awesome project - see the video and the note below for more details. (*please note: I made a little error in the video. I said everything was due next Friday, April 17. That's not true. Your recording and picture are due Wednesday, April 22. My bad!)
Fairmount Virtual Choir Letter.pdfMonday, April 6: Hopefully you all heard the plan! Lots of us music teachers are working to put together a virtual choir - it's not as easy as it looks! We have created a Google classroom and are loading it with rehearsal tracks, recordings, and tutorial videos so that you know how to participate! Our goal is to start adding students at the end of this week.
In the meantime - here's a picture of my dog learning the music :)
I'll send out updates as we get things put together!
Also... if you were interested in seeing what our writing team had created again, here is the script we developed along with some of the songs we were going to explore. Even though it might not happen this year, there is some awesome music here, so enjoy!
