Mindful breathing can take many forms. The most common is box breathing. Box breathing consists of four simple steps:
Inhale deeply through your nose, expanding your stomach, for a count of 4
Hold in that breath for a count of four
Slowly exhale all the air through your mouth, contracting your stomach, for a count of four
Hold the empty breath for a count of four
There are also alternate nostril techinques of breathing, bellow breaths and more! This is a good place to start....
