What should students bring on the first day of school?

• Students should bring basic supplies to help them get started, such as paper, pencils, pens, a folder or binder, and their charged school-issued Chromebook.

Should families purchase all supplies before school starts?

• Families are welcome to use the available supply lists to begin shopping; however, students should not expect to know their exact class schedule until Open House. Because of this, students are not expected to have every class-specific supply on the first day of school.

How are school supply lists organized?

• School supply lists are organized by department. Please use the list that matches your student’s class.

  • For example:

    • Geometry = Math Supply List

    • American Government = Social Studies Supply List

    • Theatre = Fine Arts Supply List

What about classes at the Empower College & Career Center?

• The Empower College & Career Center will provide supply lists for all classes held on its campus. Students taking Empower classes should follow the supply information provided by Empower for those courses.
