To help keep our students, staff, and families safe, please review the following car rider procedures for morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up.

Morning Drop-Off and Afternoon Pick-Up

• Please use the official JCHS car rider line when dropping off or picking up students. Morning drop-off typically takes only 3–5 minutes, and the afternoon car rider line is usually clear by 3:25 PM.

Empower Shuttle Information

• Empower shuttle buses begin running at 7:30 AM. Students riding the shuttle from JCHS to Empower in the morning should report directly to an Empower shuttle bus when they arrive on campus.

• The final Empower shuttle leaves JCHS at 7:50 AM. If your student is running late and will miss the 7:50 AM shuttle, please drop them off directly at Empower. Breakfast is served at Empower.

Neighborhood and Road Safety Reminders

Please help us be good neighbors and keep traffic moving safely by following these guidelines:

• Do not use or park in the Braselton Farms or Charlotte Estates subdivisions as an alternative to the JCHS car rider line.

• Do not make U-turns in the car rider line.

• Do not pick up students or make U-turns on Skelton Road.

• Please follow the directions and signals of our school crossing guards.

Following these procedures helps prevent accidents and keeps pedestrians, students, and drivers safe.
