Use the Individual Graduation Plan (linked above) to better understand what is required by the state of Georgia for a high school diploma, what Jackson County High School offers and what options you have to make your plan of study UNIQUELY yours!
Students will use this same document each year as they register for classes. JUNIORS AND SENIORS will meet multiple times during the school year with their school counselor to discuss in detail their individual path towards graduation and to consider what options exist for them in the post-secondary world.

10th grader = have earned a minimum of 5 high school credits
11th grader = have earned a minimum of 11 high school credits
12th grader = have earned a minimum of 17 high school credits
Total number of required credits to graduate = 23
(R) meets the HOPE Rigor Requirement
(EOC) End of Course exam required at end of course
Students should do the following as they progress through their Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) process which includes picking courses and learning about college, career and other post-secondary options:

__ Create an email address for use outside of school.
__ Create and discover all your GA Futures account offers!
__ Create and discover all your College Board account offers!
__ Check the JCHS webpage often!
