Thank you all for coming out to the Back to School Bash! We had a blast, and it was such a joy to share all the exciting things happening at South Jackson this year. Family involvement is such a key ingredient to student success, and your support helps build a strong foundation for our learning adventure. When we work together, we create an environment where every child can thrive, grow, and reach new heights!
Next up, we can’t wait to see everyone at the Grand Pal Dance! Join us in the gym for a 50s-themed evening with dancing, a photo booth, and concessions available for purchase. It’s sure to be a fun night filled with laughter, memories, and a bit of retro flair.
Enjoy the long Labor Day weekend—use it to rest, read, cheer on your favorite team, and recharge for the exciting weeks ahead. We’ll see you back ready for more adventures!

Infinite Campus
All families should set up an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account. Click HERE to set up your child's account. This account allows you to receive important school messages through the Parent Square app. If you have trouble with this process, email Mrs. Embry at angie.embry@jcss.us After a parent portal account has been activated, please allow 24 hours for the information to sync with the Parent Square app to be able to message teachers. If you are unable to use Parent Square at any time, please send your child's teacher an email.
