Jabber is a softphone application that is installed on your desktop computer, PC or Mac laptop, Apple iPad or iPhone, Android tablet or phone. Jabber allows you to place/receive calls as if you are making them from your desk extension. In April of 2020, staff members were assigned a Jabber license to support communication from home to help teachers avoid using their personal phones to contact parents.
