This half day networking session is designed to support new teachers that are completing year two of induction. It will allow them time to discuss areas for strength as well as areas for growth, and pull ideas from others who may be experiencing the same obstacles. There will be some time devoted to areas the group feels are the biggest need to help improve their teaching, as well as helping to build sustainability among these new teachers.
