Corrections

Small change done to the Legend of Zelda puzzle for clarity (3/8 11:05 PM).
Updated Quantum to work for MacOS (3/9 12:44 AM).
An error has been found with the submission for Centipede. It has been fixed (3/11 2:16 AM)
Centipede error has been fixed for real now. Sorry about that (3/12 10:41 PM)
Some parts of the description and hints of Field Day have been changed to be clearer (19/03 3:49 PM)

Three indices in Quantum fixed (3/22 8:51 PM).
Fourth and Twelfth equations have been fixed in Basic Math (3/27 12:01 PM).
Errors have been found with Missile Command problems 5 and 7, and they have been fixed. (3/28 3:07 PM).

Clarifications

The answers to the puzzles are English word(s).
Hints will be added to puzzles that remain unsolved for a while. Make sure to check the bottom of those pages regularly to see any new hints
Polybius is a Meta Puzzle. You will need to solve most if not all of the other puzzles before attempting to solve it.
There is not a limit to the number of times you may submit a Google form for any of the puzzles. Only a request to not use them to 'submit every combination' as a way to solve the puzzle. Typically there are so many possible answers that this doesn't apply.
For all puzzles Indexes start at 1 not 0 (except Quantum).
