Quantum is malfunctioning! The screen readout just looks like this now. Boy, a user manual sure would be helpful right about now, I wonder where I could get my hands on one. Maybe it’s stored inside the arcade machine's screen?

Hint #1: Jpeg metadata is easy to edit and view. Have you checked that out yet? 

Hint #2: Each color on a computer screen contains three different values. Do you see any patterns with these specific numbers? What could these values correspond to...? 

Hint #3: Page, line, character... But it would be cruel to make you count all the way to 256, wouldn’t it? 

Hint #4: An error has been found with the colors of the original image. It has now been fixed. 

Hint #5: Left-Right, Top-Bottom; These are the colors used in the image:

Hint #6: Every Line counts and every character counts. Footnotes, headers, titles, spaces (even some text within images). Everything is important.
