Quantum is malfunctioning! The screen readout just looks like this now. Boy, a user manual sure would be helpful right about now, I wonder where I could get my hands on one. Maybe it’s stored inside the arcade machine's screen?

Hint #1: Jpeg metadata is easy to edit and view. Have you checked that out yet?
Hint #2: Each color on a computer screen contains three different values. Do you see any patterns with these specific numbers? What could these values correspond to...?
Hint #3: Page, line, character... But it would be cruel to make you count all the way to 256, wouldn’t it?
