Career development tools are necessary to supporting student success in professional advancement. It is a service to the student population that requires resources and guidance through securing a job. This section offers a variety of resources and external information that is essential to career services. 

As mentioned before, career services are underutilized simply because students do not know they exist! There are many resources offered in career service offices, however three services offered are of particular importance. 

1. Networking helps students create connections with their college experience and with entering the workforce. Learn all about networking in the following subpage!

2. Career Exploration should be a priority for students beginning their undergraduate degree. Career services can help students explore majors, careers, and even education required for specific careers. Through seeking career exploration support, student can achieve professional goals. 

3. Job Search Preparation is another resource offered through career services. Most students need help crafting resumes, cover letters, and preparation for job interviews. It can be a daunting task to prepare for job searching. Students can seek assistance through career services for support, and to know they are not alone.
