Kelley alumni career coaches are highly trained professionals who tailor the coaching session to meet your needs. We believe you are the expert in your own life, and we respect your agency in making choices that are important to you at this time in your life and career.
Coaching is not the same as mentoring or consulting.

Mentors share wisdom and advice based on their lived experience, while consultants may offer solutions based on their problem solving expertise. Unlike mentors or consultants, coaches listen deeply and invite you to think critically about yourself and your situation - without offering advice or solutions.

Who Can Access Kelley Coaching Services?
Who Can Access Kelley Coaching Services?
Career coaching is available for IU Kelley School of Business alumni who earned BS, MS or MBA degrees in Bloomington, Indianapolis, or Kelley Direct. Alumni from these degree programs have access to 4 free coaching individual sessions per year through Kelley Alumni Career Services.
Unfortunately, we are not currently staffed to provide individual coaching to those who completed Kelley certificates, minors, Executive Education programs, or dual-degrees from international partnerships with other universities.
