W231 is a Professional Writing Skills course offered at Indiana University of Indianapolis. This course is taught to us by Professor Norman Minnick. This course strives to prepare students on real-world skills by the means of a research based recommendation report. Additionally, this course aids in expanding our group skills, communications skills and investigation skills. We were asked to reach out to businesses and iniquire about potential problems that we were set to investigate throughout the semester. Out of the class only 5 proposals were selected.
