The ISY Inclusive Practices were adapted directly from the Universal Design for Learning Guidelines to provide a common language and framework for inclusive practices that teachers can collaborate around in meeting the needs of every student.  The UDL Strategies to Address Barriers to Learning was adapted from the International Baccalaureate's  Meeting Student Learning in the Classroom document, which provides specific UDL strategies to help support all students.
