Time Commitment

The Ambassadors of Hope program seeks to provide an integrated spiritual formation and service experience. The curriculum blends network-wide gatherings with local formation and service opportunities to create dynamic, diverse learning experiences. As building community is a key element of the AOH experience, participants are expected to participate in all required programs.

Ambassadors are required to attend all four (4) Network Formation gatherings as well as participate in Local Formation and Local Service & Leadership experiences. In addition, each Ambassador will be invited to engage in one (1) Network Service & Leadership opportunity, according to their interest and availability. Companions are required to attend two (2) Network Formation gatherings and to actively participate in Local Formation and Local Service & Leadership experiences. Companions can expect to dedicate a minimum of 5 hours per month to working with their Ambassador on the local level. (See Program Description for more information.)
