PRIMARY YEARS - SCHOOL HOURS

Kindergarten AM and PM: entry and exit from the Kindergarten Gate (back Early Years Playground entry).

Parents will remain at the gate, except for the first week.
Students will enter from classroom playground doors.

Transition to Year 2: entry and exit from the main front gate of the Early Years Playground.

Parents will remain at the gate, except for the first week.
Students will enter from classroom playground doors.

Years 3 and 4: entry and exit from the main atrium entrance.

Parents will remain in the atrium/cafe except for first week.
Students will walk along Early Years corridor to the stairs at the west side of the building near the Primary Reception and then enter and exit classrooms on the first floor.

Years 5 and 6: entry and exit from the main atrium entrance.

Parents will remain in the atrium/cafe except for first week.
Students will walk along Early Years corridor to the stairs in the middle of the building near the office of the Head of Primary and then enter and exit classrooms on the first floor.

Pick-up Policy 2025/2026

Year 4 to Year 6 students: The school day ends at 15:30 (and 12:30 on Wednesdays). No student may leave unaccompanied without the school having first received written permission for him/her to do so. Kindly fill our Parental authorisation form to leave school building. Same exiting rule applies for students attending extra-curricular activities.

Primary Years (Early Years and Primary School) children are released to parents or guardians. If another adult is picking-up a child, parents must notify Fayanne and the Homeroom Teacher in advance and in writing (e-mail). An identity card must be shown upon pick-up to the teacher on this first occurrence.

Nannies or other friends or relatives who regularly pick-up your child(ren) must be introduced initially to the classroom teacher and Fayanne. Their name and details must be recorded on our database system as authorised to collect the child; otherwise, we will not release the child.

We ask all families to complete and return to school our new Student Emergency Contact Information Form .
