Read before you sign up

• Every student-athlete has to sign up for season 1 sports using the form shared below

• All sports are skill/drill-based learning only with no competitive games

• All sessions will observe 1.5m distancing and masks have to be worn

• All equipment will be sanitised before, during and after each session

• All practice sessions will follow ISK's 4 Ws

• You may choose to take part in more than 1 sport but are expected to commit to both the weekly training sessions

• We will continue to review the program and may be adjusted accordingly if sports are over/undersubscribed
