Physical fitness is the ability of your body systems to work together efficiently to allow you to be healthy and perform activities of daily living.

Being efficient means doing daily activities with the least effort possible.

Communication: I will be sharing workout videos on this page. Please keep an eye to access all the weekly challenges. Keep a record of this and let's feel amazing together.

Expectations: Improve, your fitness levels, body image, health and performance anywhere, anytime.

Goals: To improve on all fitness components; cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition, while maintaining good mental health.

Time schedule:

  • 3 workout videos per week (25-30)minutes

  • 2 low to medium intensity workouts.

  • 1 HIIT Strength/ Abs/ Cardio (Tabata)
