How Long Before I should Expect a response from staff to an email or voicemail?
How Long Before I should Expect a response from staff to an email or voicemail?
If you have called and left a voicemail or emailed a staff member with a specific question or concern, you should expect a response within 24 business hours. For instance, if you leave a message at 10:00 AM on a Monday, you should expect a response by 10:00 AM on Tuesday. If at 1:30 PM on a Friday, then you should have a response 1:30 PM on a Monday. Your specific question or concern may require more time and further follow up, but an initial response to acknowledge receipt of your concern should occur within 24 hours. If a staff member is absent, you should receive an out-of-office message indicating when you can expect a response.
