Bookmark the SpEd Form link for quick access by clicking the star in the address bar and adding it to your Bookmark Bar or a Bookmark Folder.
Log-in using these credentials:
Username: firstname.lastname
Default Password: teacher2019
1. To change your password click on the SETUP box on the main menu and select "1. Profile".
2. After changing your password click SAVE at the top of the page.
Navigate to the “Service Plan” section of a student.
Click on “Individual Education Program (IEP)”.
Click on “1. Student Information”.
At the top of the page enter the DATE OF LAST COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION and IEP MEETING DATE from the current IEP.
Click SAVE at the top of the page and move to the next student.
Doing these steps will create green smiley faces 😀 on your student list.
Uploading PDFs of Student Information (IEP, Evaluation Reports, Release of Information, etc.)-
Navigate to the History Section of a student.
Click on the “Upload File” button at the top of the page
Drag and drop the file in the box, or click the “Select Files” box and select your file. You can do multiple files at once.
Click “Upload”
When you are done adding files you have to click on the green “Done uploading” button at the bottom.
On the next screen, you can change the name of the document and add a note. This will appear in red under the Title in the History section.
From the HISTORY section, select "View" to open the document you want to print.
Rename and save the file.
Open the PDF and print.
You can also attach the document to an email.
