Lincoln Auction 2024
What is the Lincoln Auction?
The Lincoln Auction is our annual fundraiser. This means NO door-to-door sales for your kids or bribery to sell items for trinkets worth a small fraction of their sales!
With the help of our amazing parent volunteers and many generous donations, Lincoln K-8 PPT is able to provide curricular enhancements, social events, field trips, and those extras that are not provided by the district. Many of items your child(ren) use routinely are only possible because of the hard work of PPT, the auction team, and our amazing volunteers.
The money raised from the Lincoln Auction is what helps Lincoln stand out among the rest! Without these funds, many of our special programs and initiatives would NOT exist! Check out some examples of how our fundraising dollars are put to use using the link here! What Does the PPT Fund?
How can you help?
Volunteer to join the auction planning team
Donate items toward your classroom basket or an entire basket of your own
Participate in bidding online and help raise those bids
Plan to come to the auction and put it on your calendar

PPT wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to our auction team, donors, volunteers, attendees, and the entire Lincoln community for your support! Because of you, our successful auctions allow us to continue supporting our school and find new and innovative ways to engage Lincoln students!

Auction Sponsorships
Sponsorships are a great way for businesses to donate toward our school! Cash donations may be used to offset the costs of our event, round out auction baskets, or provide large or unique gifts that we are otherwise unable to offer. Sponsorships are available at four different levels, each with their own tier of advertising by PPT as a thank you for your generous contribution. Our school community reaches hundreds of families across the City of Rochester and your name could go with it! Sponsorship Levels
We are looking for sponsorship from your business.
There are three sponsorship levels you may choose from:
Blue Ribbon ($1,000 donation)
Green Ribbon ($750 donation)
Red Ribbon ($500 donation)
