Family Friday

What is Family Friday?

Family Friday is an event where parents, grandparents, or guardians say something positive about the child they have brought with them. For example, we pass around a microphone and you would say "I am proud proud of Jacob because he has been practicing his spelling words all week." The main focus of Family Friday is to provide a positive atmosphere for children. 

We also watch a quick video about a theme, such as thankfulness,  leadership, or honesty, and answer questions as a group about the video. Its a fun time for everyone who attends. 

When? 

8:30 AM - 9:05 AM in the Lincoln school gym. To enter the school early, come to main entrance and you will be buzzed in. Do not park in the school parking lot.

FAQ

 Who can attend Family Fridays? 

• Any parent, grandparent, or guardians of a student at Lincoln K-8 can attend. If you have smaller children (future Lincoln students) they are welcome as well. 

 Is a breakfast provided?  

• Yes. Donuts and juice are typically provided by our sponsor Kwik Trip.
