Value Drawing

Choose a picture. This should be a realistic photograph of a person, place or thing.

You may choose from these images if you would like.

Create your line drawing. Sketch out the object that you chose to draw in the center of your paper. Use a mat board template to draw a frame with "alleyways".

Add Value. Use gradients to complete the frame. Add value as appropriate for the photo that you chose.
