It’s a school-wide reading challenge.

It builds school and team unity.
It’s a month to have fun and read!

Submits the roster with members and team name.
Submits weekly numbers for all team members each Monday before 10am.
Be the team’s champion. Encourage everyone to keep reading and have fun!

Students should find two to eight Tigers (staff, lunch supervisors, students in any grade) to join a team. Just ask! Don’t be afraid to ask a teacher, the office staff, even the principal to join your team!
The team picks a Team Captain.
Together the team picks a team name.
Fill out the BLAST OFF Team Roster so the Team Captain can sign up for your team.
Start recording your minutes when April begins. Read any readable materials (books, magazines, newspapers, eBooks, audio books, anything). Just read! A time sheet will be given out before we leave for Spring Break.
