Are you looking for a wonderful way to honor your child’s birthday at school? The Brooks LMC has an idea for you. Donate a book in honor of your child’s birthday to the Brooks LMC. This helps build our library collection and makes your child feel special at the same time!

Please complete the form below and return it with your child as soon as possible so we can prepare for upcoming birthdays. During your child's birthday month, we will have he/she come to the LMC to choose a birthday book. After it is processed, your child will be the first to check out the book and bring it home. After you have enjoyed the book, please return it to the LMC so other Brooks students can enjoy it.

(Summer birthdays will be celebrated on their half birthday month.)
