The Next Community Marketplace is on the 30th of May, and then the last Saturday thereafter. 

Starting in June. On the 2nd Saturday of the month, the 13th, we will open up the Community Marketplace & Garden Exchange at the Waipahihi Hall on Richmond Ave. 

We are creating a local alternative to brand-new retail-focused markets. The emphasis here is on reuse, resourcefulness, affordability, and connection. Good things should not end up in landfill just because someone no longer needs them. This market gives those items another chance to be useful and appreciated by someone else.

So whether you have household goods, garden bits, tools, books, clothing, plants, produce, upcycled items, vintage finds, or a great mix of practical secondhand treasures, there is room for you here.

Why book a stand?

• Because it is easier than running your own garage sale.

• Because you do not need strangers turning up at your home.

• Because you do not need to rely on Facebook Marketplace or Trade Me.
