GUM the Polish National Metrology Institute is part of the Polish Ministry of Economic Development and an institution of the state administration competent in matters of measurement and hallmarking in Poland. Its main tasks in the VersICaL project are to perform measurements at the highest level and to ensure conformity of the national system of measures with the international system. The Electricity and Magnetism Laboratory of GUM carries out tasks related to measurement of electrical and magnetic quantities in the frequency range from DC to 40 GHz. GUM participated in AIM QuTE as a provider of metrology grade standards for testing the electronic sources. In this project GUM will contribute mainly to Work Package 2.
