Upon beginning the registration process, all high school learners will need to connect with their academic counselor and EF as soon as possible to ensure their high school graduation path and course plan is accurate. To assist you in this process, please refer to the iLEAD A-G Curriculum Options which include links to the syllabi for our FLEX classes and community providers offering virtual and in-person classes.

The academic counselor and EF will be able to support learners who are transferring mid-semester or at the semester mark.
There are certain considerations that must be made when transferring high schools mid-semester.
Do not withdraw your child from their high school until the Enrollment office at iLEAD notifies you that a spot is being reserved for them. Until then, they must continue in courses at their current school to maintain their current grades.
Obtain withdrawal/exit grades for courses in progress from the previous school as part of the withdrawal process.
Submit exit grades and a transcript to Enrollment.
Once the learner is placed with an Educational Facilitator, the counselor will be alerted and make course recommendations.
Please be aware that curriculum options may be limited due to the remaining instructional funds available at the time of enrollment.
If your high schooler is passing all in-progress courses, then iLEAD counselors will attempt to match those same courses so that credit can be earned at the end of our semester. We may not be able to match all courses mid-semester.
If your high schooler is passing some but not all in-progress courses, then iLEAD counselors will continue the courses being passed and the schedule may result in a reduced course load. Depending on the time remaining in the semester, there may be an opportunity to complete failing classes from the beginning for credit.
If your high schooler is failing all in-progress courses or has not yet been enrolled this semester, then iLEAD counselors will assign a reduced course load to maximize credits earned in the time remaining for the semester.
