This popular survey tool can be used to put together quizzes withh multiple choice and open-ended questions featuring text, images, and videos. Converts student responses into a spreadsheet and graphs to analyze grades and answers. Also integrates really well with Google Classroom! Unfortunately, there is no app for the product.
