Visa Requirements

VISA REQUIREMENTS:

Depending on the nationality, entry to Singapore may require a visa.  Please carefully read all of the important information and steps below: 

1. Check if you need an entry visa : https://www.ica.gov.sg/visitor/visitor_entryvisa

2. If you need visa, please find the documents required :

• Duly completed Form14A signed by you

• Your recent passport-size, color photograph, taken within the last three months

• A photocopy of your passport biodata page (valid for at least six months from the date of your entry into Singapore) 

• The completed FormV39A and the letter of introduction prepared by the International French School Singapore

To issue these 2 documents, you must send to voyage@ifs.edu.sg :

• The name and address of your school

• The list of persons requiring these documents in excel format with surnames, first names, nationalities, passport numbers, expiry dates of passports

• Details of flights booked for the conference

• The name and address of the hotel booked for the conference

• The passport scans

• These documents will be sent to you within two weeks of sending your request.
