Cyberhelpers: Pikkola school cyberhelpers are technologically talented young people, who work for the good if the whole school. During the mobility in Kangasala, cyberhelpers took part in the project activities, for example, by helping the Finnish and Spanish students make their project videos. Pikkola cyberhelpers plan involves a couple of bigger project events annually, and smaller training sessions to the students who are interested in working as volunteers, helping both students and teachers at school and promoting peaceful coexistence while doing so.
Pikkola school is involved in a national peer support project. More information on cyberhelpers can be found on the school web page and here: oppilasagentti.fi.
Our Cyber Helper program is now officially part of our Coexistence Plan, and as such, it appears as such in its summary document.
The work in the Cyber Helper program of the last courses has led us to write a brief protocol for situations of possible cases of cyber bullying.
