After a very early start, we kicked off our British adventure with a few hours exploring Greenwich. Then, we finally headed to Broadstairs to meet our wonderful host families! The night was filled with family dinners, a mix of nerves, and a lot of excitement for the week ahead.
We spent the morning discovering the town through a fun quiz that forced us to chat with the locals (perfect English practice!). In the afternoon, classes officially started, and our students met classmates from other schools. We wrapped up the day with a hilarious team competition to get to know our new international friends.
Morning classes were anything but boring! Through dynamic games, our teachers managed to get even the shyest students speaking English. In the afternoon, we visited the beautiful city of Canterbury. Even though it rained cats and dogs, it didn't stop us from enjoying its gorgeous, historic streets. 🌧️✨
Day 4 greeted us with beautiful sunshine—perfect for exploring the stunning local coast! After another afternoon of lessons, we had the highlight of the trip: an evening of games in English that left our stomachs hurting from laughing so much.
We woke up early for the ultimate British experience: London! We spent the whole day checking out the classics: Big Ben, the London Eye, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, and so much more. We walked miles, but the smiles never faded. The train ride back was the perfect chance to rest and recharge for our final day.
Our last day in Broadstairs was spent at the school, balancing our final classes with some chill activities. The grand finale? A fantastic farewell party to celebrate everything we learned and the friendships we made.
On our way back to the airport, we made a pit stop in the charming town of Rochester for a lovely stroll and a quick lunch before heading back to Málaga.
Despite a few suitcase mishaps along the way, everyone made it back safe, sound, and incredibly happy. This wasn't just a trip to learn English; it was an experience that our students will remember for the rest of their lives.
