In the first face to face activity of SUSDI at INS Sabadell, we had teacher training sessions on STEAM, and we established the basis for a fruitful cooperation.

Program of the mobility:

In the mobility a high variety of visits related to the topic of the project were made, prepared by our guests, leaded by Mr António Rocha. As an example we had a lecture on biological agriculture the first day we visited relevant Research Centers . Detailed program of the mobility. What can we do to diminish global warming ?

• Prior to the exchange, the topic was worked at local schools, and participating students presented their local proposals.

School cantine , Healthy and sustainable diet.

• Lecture on global warming and human activities.

• Students worked in international teams and looked for ideas to be implemented. They gave STEAM approaches to the topic of Diet and Global warming, creating some documents with new and global ideas: seven bullet points, experiment travelled food, upcycling, dialogue at the supermarket, dialogue, images to think (i), (ii) and (iii).

Programme of the mobility

In the mobility a variety of high quality tasks were prepared by our guests leaded by Ms Hildegard Urban-Woldron: as an example we started with thought-provoking tasks and questions focusing at “Sustainable diets” , a lecture addressing the link between “Nutrition and Climate Change, several workshops, a visit to a beekeeper, a guided visit of Wien and a conducted tour at the waste-burning electricity power plant Spittelau.
