MY ERASMUS EXPERIENCE-LIDIA
Mi viaje a Eslovaquia ha sido íncreible y ahora que ya ha acabado puedo aseguraros que sin duda, es la mejor experiencia de toda mi vida. Esta gran aventura comenzó un 22 de enero de 2022.
My trip to Slovakia has been incredible and now that it is over I can assure you that it is without a doubt the best experience of my entire life. This great adventure began on January 22, 2022.

Durante este viaje he visitado muchos lugares y monumentos muy interesantes. También he viajado a otras ciudades y paises como Bratislava y Praga, e incluso fui a Auschwitz, un campo de concentración situado en Polonia. Me siento muy afortunada por haber podido aprender tantas cosas y haber experimentado la vida diaria en otro país totalmente diferente al mío.
During this trip I have visited many very interesting places and monuments. I have also traveled to other cities and countries such as Bratislava and Prague, and I even went to Auschwitz, a concentration camp located in Poland. I feel very lucky to have been able to learn so many things and to have experienced daily life in another country totally different from Spain.

Además he hecho millones de actividades nuevas que me han encantado. Algunas como esquiar se han convertido en un hobbie más. Y sin duda lo más bonito de la experiencia es conocer a tantísima gente maravillosa de otras partes del mundo. He hecho grandes amigos con los que desde España sigo manteniendo el contacto.
I have also done millions of new activities that I have loved. Some, like skiing, have become just another hobby. And without a doubt the most beautiful part of the experience is meeting so many wonderful people from other parts of the world. I have made great friends with whom I continue to maintain contact from Spain.
Sin lugar a dudas cuando viajas a otro país, la comida es una de las cosas más importantes. Durante estos dos meses he probado muchísima comida nueva y he descubierto platos exquisitos. Además aprendí a cocinarlos y ahora, en España puedo hacerlos y comerlos junto a mi familia y amigos.
Without a doubt when you travel to another country, food is one of the most important things. During these two months I have tried a lot of new food and I have discovered exquisite dishes. I also learned to cook them and now, in Spain, I can make them and eat them with my family and friends.

También gracias a esta experiencia he aprendido a hacer muchas actividades nuevas que en la vida podría haber imaginado. He disfrutado mucho y desde luego no me arrepentiré en la vida de haber hecho este Erasmus.
Also thanks to this experience I have learned to do many new activities that in life I could have imagined. I have enjoyed it a lot and of course I will not regret doing this Erasmus in my life.
MÁS AMIGOS Y AVENTURAS...
Durante las 2 últimas semanas de mi estancia en Eslovaquia unos alumnos de un colegio en Barcelona vinieron a hacer un intercambio con estudiantes del colegio eslovaco e hicimos muchos viajes y excursiones de senderismo y vimos también muchos monumentos y entre todos nos hicimos muy amigos.
During the last 2 weeks of my stay in Slovakia, some students from a school in Barcelona came to do an exchange with students from the Slovak school and we made many trips and hiking trips and we also saw many monuments and we all became very good friends.

Por otro lado, también tuve la oportunidad de participar en un importante debate de las Naciones Unidas, en el que cada uno de nosotros éramos responsables de representar a un país. En mi caso era la delegada de Egipto. Fue una experiencia única y conocimos a gente de muchos países como Luxemburgo, Bélgica, Polonia...
On the other hand, I also had the opportunity to participate in an important United Nations debate, in which each of us was responsible for representing a country. In my case it was the delegate from Egypt. It was a unique experience and we met people from many countries like Luxembourg, Belgium, Poland...

El instituto tenía unas instalaciones muy nuevas, muchos sitios en los que poder descansar y muchos de los profesores eran nativos franceses y españoles, por lo que los alumnos tienen muy buen nivel. Además un dato curioso es que para poder entrar al instituto debes cambiarte los zapatos para no ensuciar nada.
The high school had very new facilities, many places to rest and many of the teachers were native French and Spanish, so the students have a very good level. In addition, a curious fact is that in order to enter the high school you must change your shoes so as not to dirty anything.
ZILINA
Zilina es una pequeña ciudad pero muy bonita, tiene dos plazas principales por la cuales no me cansaba de pasear porque todo estaba nevado y era precioso. Es un lugar muy acogedor.
Zilina is a small but very pretty city, it has two main squares through which I never got tired of walking because everything was covered in snow and it was beautiful. It is a very cozy place.
Ahora ya que todo el intercambio ha acabado puedo asegurar que he disfrutado muchísimo y que lo recomiendo 100%. Aunque mi amistad con las personas eslovacas no acaba aquí, ya tenemos miles de planes pensados para hacer juntos.
Now that the entire exchange is over, I can assure you that I have enjoyed it very much and that I recommend it 100%. Although my friendship with the Slovak people doesn't end here, we already have thousands of plans planned to make together. It was such an amazing experience!
